However, we advise limiting lifting to upright positions. This is because lifting places more pressure on a damaged disc. To minimize further stress on an injured disc, we recommend doing lifting exercises in a reclined or flat position when at the gym.

⬇️ Is Decompression Therapy Covered by Insurance?
The majority of Insurance companies consider spinal decompression as an elective procedure such as rhinoplasty (nose job), liposuction, breast augmentation, and facelifts. etc…and therefore do not cover spinal decompression therapy.
However, if you are motivated we will work with you. Our protocols are very affordable and keep in mind we have never turned away anybody because of financing.
It's understandable that patients may be concerned about the cost of non-surgical spinal decompression therapy, the lack of insurance coverage should not be the main focus of patients who can benefit from this therapy.
